All our apartments are affordable, and rents will vary according to the status of the tenants. Some apartments will be allocated through Newport City Council’s common housing register to people in most housing need. The remaining apartments will be allocated to people who meet the eligibility criteria but are not classified as being most in need and will most likely be in full time employment.
